CallPointe was founded in 1999 with the mission to create an easy to use web based services for medical professionals. From the beginning, CallPointe was focused on developing services that would reduce office No-Shows and free the medical staff to spend more time with their patients.
The key to becoming the industry leader was developing a seamless method for retrieving the appointment information without involving the medical staff. After a year of development, CallPointe released its first version of an Automated Appointment Reminder and Patient Lab Results service.
As our business exploded we moved to a new facility formerly utilized by a large telecommunication provider. This facility provides us with the highest quality, fiber optic feed, digital lines allowing us to provide unsurpassed message quality. This office, located in Tucson, AZ is our headquarters housing our call center, customer service and support staff.
