Creating the patients lab account is very simple and straight forward.
After logging into CallPointe’s secure Lab Results service
you proceed to the Lab section of your portal. Here you can enter
the patients information and assign the appropriate messages for
patients to retrieve from any touch-tone phone. CallPointe also
offers the ability to record a custom message using your computer
and a microphone. The patient calls a toll-free number to access
the lab results. You can even add a PIN to ensure privacy. The patient
is then able to listen to their lab results. Throughout the entire
process CallPointe’s Lab Results service creates an audit
trail from the time you enter the lab until the patient retrieve
the lab results. Reports are available for your practice detailing
the recent activity, letting your practice know which patients called
to retrieve their results and the exact date and time of retrieval.

connected to the Lab Results portal. From the web portal you will
activate a web interface and record your message using a microphone
